Howard Belcher, 25, was arrested in College Park on October 30 while driving a 1994 Lexus owned by McKinney.

Belcher has subsequently been charged with murder in the deaths of a man in Atlanta and a guy in Paulding County.

According to authorities, the cause of death in the Paulding death, which also occurred at the victim's house, has not been determined.
