JASMINE Harman shared a glam swimsuit snap online but admitted that "life's not as it seems" and "extreme mental load" is getting to her right now.

The Channel 4 property host took to Instagram to share a selfie of her by the pool soaking up the sun.

Jasmine, 47 looked stunning in a bright pink, red, and orange print plunging bikini, but she revealed that things aren't as they appear and that she's had "a lot going on" in her life recently.

Even though the A Place in the Sun host appeared to be posting stunning photos that made it appear as if she was having a good time at the moment, her reality is far from it, she told fans.

Jasmine captioned the post: "I’ve not been on here much lately and I know from IG my life looks like one long holiday! I’ve had a lot going on, which I will tell you about in my own time. It’s fair to say the mental load has been extreme, and I just wanted to say to anyone who is dealing with stuff that seems too much; anyone whose obstacles seem insurmountable; anyone who feels like they’re about to crack; you’ve got this!"

"You can do more than you give yourself credit for. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Believe in yourself and know that you will come out the other end with an enormous sense of accomplishment.
I say to my kids, “don’t give up”, “be a platinum perseverer”, “you can do hard things” and I’ve been saying the same to myself!
