An elementary school principal and a married male gym teacher have resigned after an investigation revealed they 'routinely' had sex in a school bathroom while his wife filmed the raunchy encounters.
Footage of the rendezvous revealed Principal Dana Simmons and Dylan Charles had been having an intimate relationship for 'several years' at Banks County Elementary School in Georgia.
Simmons and Charles' steamy affair was revealed in an extensive six-page report on January 27 - after Simmons requested an investigation into Charles, alleging he had 'bugged' her office and uncovered confidential Board of Education information.
But the investigation backfired after Charles confessed to authorities about their affair, showing photos and videos of the two having naked intercourse and kissing in an area identified as the bathroom adjacent to Dr. Simmons’ office.
The report obtained by WSB-TV further alleges Simmons also asked an assistant teacher to join a group of swingers, but she denied the 'unprofessional' request and resigned. Both teachers resigned on the same day the report was released.

The footage Charles showed to investigators revealed Simmons naked in the elementary school bathroom.
He then showed a photo of two people he insisted was him and Simmons along with a video of them having sex. Photos taken outside the school further showed Simmons performing oral sex on the gym teacher.
Investigators also obtained text messages between the married couple and Simmons.
'Again, there is no context added to the pictures or the text messages, but the totality of the evidence tends to support Mr. Charles’s claim of an inappropriate relationship between Dr. Simmons and Mr. Charles,' the report reads.

Charles' wife, who wasn't named in the report but was identified on social media as Kelsey, admitted to taking footage of the two and alleged the principal 'pressured her to allow her to have sex with her husband'
Simmons initially denied the accusations claiming they had nothing more than an 'inappropriate friendship' with Charles but didn't go into specifics of their fling.
She later confessed to the affair and showed investigators pictures of Dylan naked with a cape. Simmons claimed Kelsey watched the erotic acts play out and helped set up their dates.
A witness in the attendance office claimed she saw a screenshot message from Kelsey asking Simmons to have sex with her husband.
Meanwhile, Kelsey claimed she only approved because Simmons manipulated them into thinking she'd help them grow in their careers.
The principal and teacher had a relationship that occurred on and off-campus with investigators concluding they had sex at least once at the elementary school.

Simmons was a 20-year veteran at the school and was employed as principal for three years. Meanwhile, Charles was a teacher for at least seven.
School Superintendent Dr. Ann Hopkins announced the their resignations while insisting the student's safety wasn't hindered.
'Any issues concerning unethical conduct are thoroughly investigated, addressed accordingly, and reported to the Professional Standards Commission as necessary,' Hopkins told WSB-TV.
'Upon receiving allegations involving the matter at hand, the District immediately hired independent investigators to conduct an investigation and provide a report of findings. The investigative report in question was reviewed by law enforcement for evidence of criminal activity and none was found. The educators involved are no longer teaching Banks County students.
'The safety and wellbeing of our students is always our first priority. The investigation into this event did not yield any indication that student safety or security was compromised.'
